What is Fathom AI?

Fathom is an AI-powered meeting intelligence and AI notetaking platform that automatically records, transcribes, summarizes, and analyzes meetings. It generates AI summaries, action items, searchable transcripts, highlights, and follow-up information from conversations.

Fathom works with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams and can connect meeting insights with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Asana, ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, and Make. It also offers features such as Ask Fathom, AI search alerts, custom summaries, AI scorecards, CRM synchronization, and bot-free meeting capture on supported Mac setups.

Fathom offers a Free plan for individuals with unlimited recordings and transcriptions, instant AI call summaries, clips, playlists, search across calls, and integrations with LLMs.

The Premium individual plan costs $20/month when billed monthly or $16/month when billed annually. Team pricing starts at $19/user/month monthly or $15/user/month annually, with a 2-user minimum.

The Business plan costs $34/user/month monthly or $25/user/month annually, also with a 2-user minimum. Enterprise pricing is custom.

Paid plans add advanced summaries, AI-generated action items, conversational meeting assistance, team collaboration, CRM synchronization, coaching metrics, AI scorecards, custom summaries, and additional administrative and security features.
