Indian AI startup Puch AI has announced an internship that could change the way people think about job applications. The role offers a monthly stipend of Rs 1–2 lakh, is completely work-from-home, and does not require a college degree. In fact, even high school students can apply.
Co-founder and CEO Siddharth Bhatia shared the news on LinkedIn, inviting interested candidates to comment directly on his post instead of sending a formal resume or application.

Bhatia also revealed that the company recently hired a high school student for a similar role, showing their openness to talent from unconventional backgrounds.
